Dr. Gina McKnight-Smith has gained her professional career experience at some of the most recognized pharmaceutical firms. Since 2004 she has contributed as the Maryland Clinical Coordinator for Provider Synergies (aka Coventry Healthcare). Prior she served in several capacities for AdvancePCS (aka Caremark) -- initially as a Clinical Pharmacist before quickly advancing into her role as Clinical Manager.

Pharmaceutical positions include her roles as Long-Term Care Consultant Pharmacist for Neighborcare; Pharmacy Manager for Ensign Pharmacy at Good Samaritan and Pharmacy Manager after an initial assignment as Staff Pharmacist for Rite Aid Corporation.

Concurrent with these career pursuits since 2001, Dr. McKnight-Smith has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UMAB School of Pharmacy fulfilling both instruction and administrative capacities or for second and fourth ( 2nd and 4th ) year students.
