Dr. Bullard has invested nearly a decade and a half (some 14+ years) in health and wellness fields cultivating positive relationships with physicians and key healthcare personnel, gaining clinical experience as well as public speaking and presentation exposure, and serving as both participant and provider of continuing education ( CE ) programs and conferences. As a result, Dr. Bullard is a valued professional resource -- offering proven management and leadership skills, project development experience, ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency along with board certification(s) as pharmacotherapy specialist -- all benefiting MIME’s strategic healthcare approach.

Dr. Bullard joined the ACS consortium of companies in 2006, serving initially as a PBM Clinical Manager for ACS Government Healthcare Solutions. In 2007, she became Clinical Account Manager with ACS Federal Solutions, before rejoining ACS’s Government Healthcare division again in her current position as Account Manager.

Dr. Bullard’s career experience also includes contributions as Pharmacy Supervisor for Tricare Outpatient Clinic; in various pharmaceutical capacities for the Sharp health groups as Per Diem Pharmacist for Sharp Healthcare System and Staff Clinical Pharmacist for Sharp Cabrillo Hospital; as Clinical Pharmacist for Community Hospital of San Bernardino combined with management experience for Rite Aid Stores, Inc.,
all in California.
